Project Delivery Partners for the Dianne Feinstein International Terminal Smoke Control and Fire Alarm Modernization Project

This procurement is to award a Project Delivery Partner (PDP) contract to provide a full range of project support and delivery services for The Dianne Feinstein International Terminal Smoke Control and Fire Alarm Modernization Project (Project). This design-build Project will separate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls from the smoke control functions; integrate those smoke control functions into the fire alarm system; replace components that are at the end of their useful life; and upgrade the system to current building codes.
