Preparation of a Nexus Study Update for the Affordable Housing Linkage Fee

The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning (DCP) requests proposals for a consultant (Consultant) from the prequalified Economic Analysis bench list (RAMPLA ID# 41483) to conduct research, make recommendations, and provide related services on the nexus between commercial and market-rate residential development and the demand for affordable housing in the City of Los Angeles. Proposals will only be accepted from the firms on the prequalified on-call bench list associated with the aforementioned RAMPLA ID #41483.
