Pool Repair and Code Update Services

This solicitation is issued on behalf of Sacramento Housing Authority Repositioning Program, Inc. (SHARP) and RVP Group I, LP. SHARP is an independent entity for purposes of this IFQ. Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is not a party to any resulting contract and assumes no obligations or liabilities arising from this solicitation or any resulting agreement. The Prime Contractor must hold an active California C-53 Swimming Pool Contractor license at the time of bid and throughout contract performance. Work outside the Prime Contractor’s license classification must be performed by appropriately licensed subcontractors, as applicable. If awarded, an Agreement will be executed with the applicable limited partnership(s) that own the properties included in the scope of work.
