The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a 50-year concession contract to operate historic-style event space and lodging at the Blue Wing Inn in Sonoma State Historic Park (SHP). Pre-proposal Meeting & Tour (Required): May 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Presidio of Sonoma (Sonoma Barracks), Sonoma SHP, 36 East Spain Street, Sonoma CA 95476. Instructions to Download the RFP: Prospective bidders may obtain the RFP, Sample Contract, and DPR398 by downloading them from the Cal eProcure website by clicking on VIEW EVENT PACKAGE button. To receive updates to this RFP you must create an account before downloading the documents. Letters of Intent and Questions: Letters of Intent are required in order to submit a proposal. Letters of Intent to Bid and Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5:00 PM on June 16, 2026. To ensure fair competition, all proposers will receive the same information and materials; no telephone or personal inquiries about this RFP will be answered.
