The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide an Enterprise Monitoring solution and associated implementation and support services. The goal of the Enterprise Monitoring project is to strengthen alert management and monitoring processes , and to proactively identify and address system performance issues before they impact customers. The City seeks a unified monitoring and observability platform that provides centralized visibility across infrastructure, networks, cloud services, databases, applications, integrations, and business services. The desired solution will correlate events and performance data across technology domains, improve operational awareness, reduce alert fatigue, accelerate root cause analysis, and enable proactive management of service health and availability. The platform should support the City's current hybrid and multi-cloud environment while providing a scalable foundation for future operational monitoring and automation initiatives.
