Napa County is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposal for online auction services related to tax sales on tax defaulted properties on an as needed basis for the Napa County Treasurer-Tax Collector Offices. The Napa County Treasurer-Tax Collector is issuing this RFP to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide a website for auction and advertising services related to the sale of tax defaulted properties as part of the statutorily mandated tax sale process.
