On-Call Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater Toxic Total Maximum Daily Load Compliance Projects

The Port is mandated to comply with certain requirements related to pollutant discharge. To facilitate compliance, the Port intends to pursue multiple stormwater infrastructure projects. Awarded consultants will be requested, on an on-call basis, to perform a full range of engineering design services for these projects from pre-design through construction support. The Port expects to award more than one contract from this procurement.
