On-Call California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Review & Environmental Planning Services

The City of Lake Forest is requesting Proposals from qualified consultants and firms for On-Call California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Review & Environmental Planning Services . Proposals are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides information on the City of Lake Forest, the required scope of services, the evaluation process, and the required information that must be included in the RFP Response. The City is seeking to award multiple on-call professional services agreements with the firms selected to perform the required scope of services based on a number of qualifying and determinable factors, as outlined in this RFP. Proposals will be evaluated on a firms' qualifications and experience, ability to perform scope of services, implementation plan, cost proposal, and any other criteria set out herein this RFP. The City shall be the sole judge of the qualifications and services and reserves the right to select firm(s) on any basis or weighted criteria that is in the best interests of the City.
