On-Call Arborist and Land Surveying Services

The Planning & Community Development Department is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for on-call arboricultural and/or land surveying services. On-call arboricultural services are needed for the completion of tree evaluation reports via on-site inspections to determine if tree removal permits are warranted, pursuant to the procedures in the City of Pasadena’s Tree Protection Ordinance (TPO). The desired turnaround for completion of tree evaluations is no more than 10 business days. On-call land surveyor services are needed for the review of Certificate of Compliance and related documents, and subdivision maps for compliance with the California Subdivision Map Act. The desired turnaround for completion of services is no more than 10 business days.
