On-Call, and As-Needed Positive Location of Underground (Potholing) Utilities Services in Ventura County

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, traffic control, standard traffic control signage, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide positive location of underground utilities services to Caltrans.
