OC ACCESS Paratransit Services

The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide OC ACCESS paratransit services. The services shall include turnkey management and operation services, including, but not limited to, all management, personnel, reservations and scheduling, dispatching, operations, insurance, data management and reporting, computer hardware and administrative software, and vehicles for driver relief and road supervision as necessary. THIS IS A FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION FUNDED PROJECT.
