Mobile Substation Project

The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals from qualified manufacturers to provide two mobile substations for Pasadena Water and Power. This project is needed to provide emergency power and support construction initiatives. The desired in-service date for the project is June 2029. The manufacturing firm is expected to propose designs based on the general descriptions contained in the Scope of Work.
