Microsoft 365 Enterprise Customization Providers for Project Management System Development

The Bay Area Air Quality Management District ("Air District") seeks a qualified firm with technical expertise in developing, configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 native tools to support project management, workflow tracking, and operational coordination across the Air District. The selected firm will provide hands-on configuration and software development support, change management and best practice guidance, knowledge transfer, and training to internal staff to enable the Air District to independently manage and maintain the systems and solutions after implementation. While the focus of this initiative will be support for Engineering Division programs related to air permitting and environmental compliance, the tools and frameworks developed should be scalable and adaptable for use across multiple divisions and project types. The Air District anticipates selecting one (1) firm to provide the services described in this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") on an as-needed basis over a 36-month period with an estimated budget not to exceed $200,000. The Air District does not guarantee a minimum or a maximum amount of work, and the selected contractor will only be paid for actual services rendered.
