Landscape Maintenance

Alameda Municipal Power (AMP), a department of the City of Alameda (City), is a municipally owned electric utility serving customers within the City. AMP operates an office complex, warehouse, and various electrical facilities that require ongoing landscape maintenance. The purpose of this work is to maintain clean, safe, and attractive facilities for AMP employees and customers. The Scope of Work includes routine landscape maintenance services at designated AMP facilities. Services shall be provided to maintain the appearance, safety, usability, and health of plant materials in accordance with accepted horticultural standards and the requirements of this Scope of Work.
