Ironhouse Sanitary District (ESCO) WRF Energy and Infrastructure Improvements

Ironhouse Sanitary District (District) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) for the development of an Energy and Infrastructure Modernization Program Roadmap focused on comprehensive infrastructure improvements, energy efficiency, and long-term utility cost savings. The proposed roadmap will identify and evaluate opportunities to modernize District facilities, equipment, and operational systems while reducing energy consumption, improving operational efficiency, and achieving sustainable cost savings. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the District's OpenGov Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/isd no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date .
