Description
This is a statewide agreement in which the Contractor and/or Provider shall provide on-site Audiology Services on an as-needed basis to patients referred for such health care services from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation/California Correctional Health Care Services (CDCR/CCHCS) Institutions.
