IFB-On-Call and As-Needed Multi-Provider Title and Escrow Services in Siskiyou County

Contractor agrees to provide Caltrans Title and Escrow services in Siskiyou County. This contract will furnish title reports, policies of title insurance and perform other title/escrow services as needed for the acquisition of properties needed to accommodate future State Highways. Title services to include furnishing preliminary title reports with a tabulation of all sales on the subject property for a period of five (5) years, updated title reports, copies of any recorded documentation on subject property, litigation guarantees, and policies of title insurance.
