IFB No. 133701 Fire Alarm System Repair, Maintenance & Modernization Services, Bldgs. 20, 21 & 1000, Joint Forces Training Base

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to to provide National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) compliant fire alarm repairs, reprogramming, emergency¿lighting modernization, and one year of inspection, testing, maintenance, and monitoring for Buildings 20, 21, and 1000 at JFTB Los Alamitos. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 133701, Fire Alarm System Repair, Maintenance & Modernization Services ¿ Bldgs. 20, 21 & 1000 and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 10/20/2026, at 10:00 AM at Joint Forces Training Base, 11200 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Lana Ponomarenko at Lana.Ponomarenko@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Lana Ponomarenko at Lana.Ponomarenko@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 10/23/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 133701.
