IFB No. 132952 Backflow Replacement and Repairs, Multiple Locations

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace and repair backflow prevention assemblies at three California National Guard facilities. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 132952, Backflow Replacement and Repairs and Contractor Business Name. An optional pre-bid job walk is recommended and can be scheduled by contacting CPT Garrett Sawtelle at (714) 631-2063 or garrett.sawtelle@cmd.ca.gov for the purpose of viewing the site. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 9/23/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 132952. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 10/1/2026 at 2:15 PM.
