IFB No. 131125 Replace Roll Up Doors, Petaluma and Santa Rosa, CA

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to replace two roll up doors at Santa Rosa Armory and one roll up door at Petaluma Armory in accordance with the Scope of Work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 131125, Replace Roll Up Doors and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MAY attend the optional pre-bid job walk during the week of 7/27/26; please email Brian.Whaler@cmd.ca.gov, Jose.JimenezRodriguez@cmd.ca.gov, and cc Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov. Multiple Locations -Santa Rosa and Petaluma Armories. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.go v no later than 5:00 PM on 8/4/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 131125.
