Description
The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) is seeking a Contractor to provide drug testing services. The drug testing services shall consist of the scheduling, observing, collecting, processing, and analysis of urine, blood, nail and/or hair follicle testing, and oral fluid or similar drug screening for all Test Participants designated by the DCA.
