The Oceano Dunes District of the CA Department of Parks and Recreation, located in San Luis Obispo County invites bids from qualified firms to provide PM-10 efficient street sweeping services three times per week, with a tentative start date of 01/01/2026 through 12/31/2029, or upon contract approval. Services are to be provided along Pier Avenue, located within Oceano, CA, with additional services locations upon the State Representative's Request. Instructions to Bidders All materials for bid submissions can be found in the attached Bid Package, section: Bid Documents. Bidders should review all materials in the bid package and complete all required documentation prior to submitting a bid. Bids may be rejected if they show any alterations to form, additions not called for, conditioned bids, incomplete bids, or irregularities of any kind. Only those bids which cover all the work outlined will be considered. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids shall be submitted electronically with all necessary fully executed bid submission documents as an attachment in Portable Document Format (PDF) to od.billing@parks.ca.gov. Bid submission time will be as of the electronic time stamp associated with when the electronic email submission was received. Facsimile (Fax) responses will not be considered. Bids will be opened publicly during a scheduled conference-call at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 23, 2026. Individuals interested in calling into the Bid Opening must send their request into od.billing@parks.ca.gov to receive a conference participation access code. One code will be available per bidder.
