Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials (except Pre-Emergent and Contact Herbicides), equipment, and travel to provide spraying of Pre-Emergent and Contact Herbicides to approximately 1,200 acres of bare and landscaped areas located within the Caltrans rights-of-way for the purpose of weed control, fire prevention, flood prevention, erosion control and preservation of roadside vegetation.
