Description
Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, and personnel to perform inspections, preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for five (5) Boilers in the Central Plant. Services include annual inspection and preventative maintenance and calibration of the two (2) water tube boilers, as well as semi-annual inspection. It will include annual and semi-annual preventative maintenance, and test-fire and tune up of three (3) natural gas and fuel oil boilers, semi-annual inspection services. Also included is repair services for all five (5) boilers.
