IFB 133887 Airfield South Perimeter Fence Replacement

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to complete execution of the Airfield South Perimeter Fence Replacement project on a lump sum basis. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 133887, Airfield South Perimeter Fence Replacement and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 11/3/2026, at 11:00 AM at Joint Forces Training Base, 11200 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-13 - Fencing Contractor license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 11/10/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 133887.
