Homelessness Outreach and Housing Navigation Services

The Office of Council District 6 is seeking proposals from qualified, community-based organizations to serve as our primary, dedicated homelessness outreach partner. We are looking for a definitive "go-to" outreach team—an organization whose approach is rooted in genuine care and empathy. We believe effective outreach goes far beyond standard operational training; it must come from the heart. The ideal partner will possess the professionalism, work ethic, and proven impact necessary to earn the full respect and confidence of our entire team, serving as our first call when constituent or field deputy requests arise.
