HOME Investment Partnerships Program - American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Affordable Rental Housing Development

The City of Turlock is announcing the availability of HOME-ARP funding for the development of affordable rental housing throughout Stanislaus County, excluding incorporated portions of the City of Modesto. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is limited to affordable rental housing development and, if applicable, nonprofit operating support and/or capacity building for nonprofit housing developers receiving a direct HOME-ARP rental housing award. For-profit or nonprofit housing developers, public agencies, or Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) are eligible to apply. Activity Funding Availability Development of affordable rental housing $3,531,689 Nonprofit operating support (if applicable) $150,000 Nonprofit capacity building (if applicable) $150,000 Note: The $150,000 available for nonprofit operating support and the $150,000 available for nonprofit capacity building represent the total HOME-ARP funding available for each activity category under the Consortium's HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. These funds may be awarded through this RFP, the Supportive Services RFP, or a combination thereof. Therefore, the amounts shown are not reserved exclusively for applicants under this RFP and may be reduced based on awards made under other HOME-ARP funding opportunities.
