HHSA Behavioral Health Treatment Center

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions for Napa County Health and Human Services Agency – Behavioral Health Division (hereafter HHSA-BH or County) to seek proposals to operate the HHSA Behavioral Health Treatment Center (hereafter BHTC) a residential behavioral health treatment center for adult Medi-Cal beneficiaries experiencing acute or severe substance use and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. In addition to adult Medi-Cal beneficiaries placed on a psychiatric hold associated with SB 43, therefore meeting gravely disabled according to a severe substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder. The center will consist of three distinct facilities: A) Sobering Center (5 beds), B) Substance Use Residential Treatment (48 beds) & Withdrawal Management (10 beds) C) LPS designated SB 43 Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) (7 beds)
