Headworks Rehabilitation and Improvement Project - Phase 1A

The City of Pacifica is accepting sealed bids/proposals for 'Project Title 'Project ID to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . Bids shall be opened through a teleconferenced meeting live via Zoom Conference (link to be provided in a posted Notice through the OpenGov posting), with a telephone option. The bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the City Clerk; said bids, after being publicly opened, examined and declared, will be calculated by the Engineer, their report returned to the City Clerk, and the report of the results of the bidding and the calculations of the Engineer will be reported to the City Council of the City of Pacifica at the next regular meeting thereof. The City Council of the City of Pacifica reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids, should it deem this necessary for the public good, waive any irregularities in any bids and its determination as to which bid is the lowest responsible bid and it may also reject the bid of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any former contract with the City of Pacifica for the best interest of the City shall be final. The City shall have SIXTY (60) calendar days from and after the opening of the bids within which to make its determination. The City will only accept completed bid packages submitted electronically to the City through the City's eProcurement portal at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/cityofpacifica by authenticated submitters up to the date and time as specified in the Notice to Bidders; without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections. The City strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the deadline. All inquiries should be processed through the Q&A section in the City's bidding portal.
