Contractor shall provide on-call, delivery, pickup, drop off, transport and disposal or recycling services of hazardous waste disposal services including but not limited to hazardous waste biological waste, environmentally regulated waste, and laboratory (lab) packed waste, and provide guidance and recommendations regarding these services to Caltrans in Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Contra Costa, Marin, Solano, Sonoma, Napa Counties. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
