Hastings Branch Office Expansion Phase 2

The City of Pasadena Public Library is seeking a General Contractor for the proposed project, which consists of enclosing an existing covered outdoor space to create approximately 167 square feet of new conditioned office space. Site work will include minor re-grading to provide a level surface, construction of a new concrete landing and step, and associated ADA accessibility improvements, including truncated domes, a cane-detection barrier at the sidewalk/parking area interface, and a 6-inch-high yellow warning curb in accordance with CBC Section 11B-303.5.
