Geospatial Information Software Services (GISS)

The agreement provides DHS with enterprise software and support services as per GSA FSS GS-35F-253CA, that include: • Enterprise License Agreement • Maintenance of new and existing category A and B software licenses • Technical services for architectural design and system implementation • Access to internet services for geospatial content • Technical support and helpdesk services • Instructor-led and online training • Access to additional GIS software licenses, including temporary licenses during an Incident of National Significance
