In keeping with its strategic plan, the Agency is now soliciting for Proposals from qualified, licensed and insured General Contractors/Construction Managers (GC/CM) for comprehensive rehabilitation, pre-construction, and new construction at that Agency's property, Project Title located at 959 N Partway Drive Fresno, CA 93728 . All Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all of the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments in its entirety. Proposals are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date , through the Procurement Portal.
