Gantry Crane Replacement Project

The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary for the removal of the existing gantry crane system and the furnishing and installation of a complete new 5-ton motorized gantry crane system at the Valley Sanitary District Water Reclamation Facility. The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and disposal of the existing gantry crane system, installation of new rails, bridge, trolley, hoist, controls, power feed system, electrical modifications, temporary lifting capability during the crane outage, operational testing, certified load testing, commissioning, operator training, warranties, and all associated closeout documentation, as required by the Contract Documents. All work will be performed at Valley Sanitary District’s Water Reclamation Facility located at 45500 Van Buren Street, Indio, CA 92201.
