FY 2026-27 Unserved/Underserved Child and Youth Advocacy (XY) Program Supplemental

Purpose: To provide funding for advocacy and support services to unserved/underserved child and youth victims/survivors of crime, by maintaining and/or enhancing an existing program by committing staff time to specifically address the needs of the identified unserved/underserved child and youth victim/survivor population, hiring staff that reflect that population, training staff on the cultural norms of the population, and increasing outreach efforts. The primary purpose of the Program is to provide funding for advocacy and support services to unserved/underserved child and youth victims/survivors of crime.
