Financial and Water Resources Management Support Services

Mission Springs Water District (MSWD) is seeking proposals from qualified and responsible consultants (“Respondents”) to provide administrative and water management services, along with as needed grant management and compliance monitoring services for funding awarded from agencies not limited to the State Water Resources Control Board, Bureau of Reclamation, Federal Emergency Management Agency, California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, South Coast Air Quality Management District, California Department of Water Resources, the American Rescue Plan Act, and any additional potential funding sources.
