EXT REC | CMD Micro-Set-Aside - CON27-0005 GGP ADA

This is a Micro LBE Set-Aside solicitation for the GGP ADA Parking Project (CON27-0005). In accordance with 14B.7(K) of the Administrative Code, the bidder must be a CMD Certified Micro-LBE in a certification category that corresponds with the contractor licensing requirements called out by the Contract Awarding Authority. Micro-LBE bidders that subcontract any portion of this Contract should subcontract to businesses certified as Micro-LBEs, to the maximum extent possible. Bidders must self-perform work of at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Contract amount. The Neighborhood LBE Pilot Program applies to this project. Firms whose principal place of business is located within Supervisorial District 1, and project zip code 94121 may be eligible for additional bid discounts as work is anticipated to be performed in this specific neighborhood and zip code. Refer to CMD Attachment 4, Section 2.01 on application of the Prime Neighborhood/Zip Code bid discounts. Please use CMD Attachment 4.
