The County Clerk and Digital Services are issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of a collaborative effort to reimagine Clerk services from the ground up. The City is seeking information from interested parties on Software as a Service (“SaaS”) technology solutions that can modernize how residents access County Clerk services, including vital records, business services, and other clerking services. Its purpose is to gather vendor capabilities, design approaches, and implementation perspectives to inform service design and procurement decisions. The City welcomes submissions addressing any portion of the goals described herein, whether comprehensive or targeted.
