This Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by Office of City Administrator, Real Estate Division (hereinafter, “RED” or “City”). RED is seeking qualified suppliers (“Contractor’s”) to provide proposals (“Proposal”) for professional if-and-as-needed mitigation, abatement, remediation of hazardous materials, and related restoration services in accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code §6.63 Hazardous Materials Abatement Work and §6.70 – Real Estate Division Public Work.
