Elevator Preventive Maintenance, Testing and Services for Cal State LA

The purpose of the solicitation is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced elevator service companies to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, repair, and inspection services for all elevators at California State University, Los Angeles. The selected Bidder will ensure that all elevators are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition, adhering to all applicable safety codes and standards. For clarity, this solicitation is intended to cover routine, recurring maintenance and preservation-level corrective work necessary to keep equipment in its original intended operating condition. This solicitation does not include elevator installation, modernization, system-level replacement, structural alteration, or capital improvement work. Such work shall be separately procured as a public works project pursuant to PCC §10700 using CPDC contract documents.
