Electrical Parts and Lighting & Electrical Accessories for City Facilities

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver lamps, lighting fixtures, electrical lighting components, conduit, fittings, and related electrical accessories on an as-needed basis for City-owned and operated facilities. The resulting contract will establish a reliable source for commercial-grade lighting materials used by the BSMFD to support the operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of lighting systems throughout municipal facilities. Materials shall be furnished and delivered as requested during the contract term in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. The anticipated start date for this contract is 1/24/2027.
