DPH | 503A Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Services

The Department of Public Health (hereinafter “City” or “DPH”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP” or “Solicitation”) to seek proposals (hereinafter "Proposals”) from qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter “Proposers”) to provide the City with 503A sterile compounding pharmacy services for Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG). The selected Proposer will prepare and deliver patient specific Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) solutions for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients seven days a week, 365 days per year.
