The purpose of this J&A is for the procurement of the only brand-name Facility Related Control System (FRCS)/Area Wide Energy Management System (AWEMS) network equipment that complies with the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar (MCASM) cybersecurity requirements. The approval applies to brand-name equipment that is tested/inspected/maintained/sustained by Utilities and Energy Management (UEM) Public Works.
