Department of Defense and State Memorandum of Agreement (DSMOA)

Purpose: To accomplish services sought by the Department of Defense (DoD) to provide expedited review and other related services to execute the Defense Environmental Restoration Program (DERP) at identified DoD installations. To provide regulatory oversight activities and services to implement its responsibilities during the environmental investigation and cleanup activities associated with the facilitation of environmentally sound reuse of military bases in California. Eligible Geographies: Department of Defense (DoD) installations in California.
