You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. CTCAC02-26, entitled Operational Modernization Consulting Services. The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) is soliciting proposals from firms to support a comprehensive operational modernization effort. Recent assessments have identified significant operational challenges that limit CTCAC¿s efficiency and its ability to meet statewide housing coordination objectives. CTCAC workflows rely on ¿fragmented¿ systems and manual processes across three disconnected databases, resulting in inefficiencies, information leakage, and organizational silos. To address these challenges and advance CTCAC¿s strategic goals, the Committee seeks a qualified consultant to conduct an operational audit, develop a modernization roadmap, and provide transition oversight for future system and process implementation.
