Organizations who are trusted messengers have experience being a liaison between Community and the County of San Mateo. We are seeking partnership with three (3) trusted messenger organizations to provide expertise in engaging the community for the upcoming Community Health Assessment (CHA). The CHA is a process that brings together a wide array of community health and quality of life indicators for San Mateo County residents that are gathered from both primary and secondary data sources. The contractor will support in planning and implementation of strategies to engage residents of the County of San Mateo around the next CHA, which is scheduled to conclude in December 2028. Planning will begin upon execution of the contract, with surveys, key informant interviews, community information sessions, and data analysis planned in 2027 – 2028.
