Comprehensive COBRA and CAL-COBRA Administration

The County of Solano, Department of Department Name , hereinafter referred to as the "County", is soliciting proposals from qualified Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)(s) to provide Project Title for eligible employees and qualified beneficiaries. The selected vendor will be responsible for the full administration of continuation coverage, including required notifications, eligibility and qualifying event administration, enrollment processing, premium billing and collection, trust account management, coordination with benefit carriers, regulatory compliance, and participant support. The County seeks an experienced partner that can ensure accurate, timely, and compliant administration while providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, bilingual support, and secure online self-service tools.
