Description
The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of a qualified, experienced vendor to implement a Water Use Efficiency Survey ("WUES") program for residential and commercial customers for Pasadena Water and Power ("PWP"). The vendor will be responsible for completing indoor and outdoor water use surveys for commercial and residential customers, providing each customer with a survey report with findings and recommendations, as well as providing this information to PWP. The purpose of the survey is to identify water use inefficiencies within the home/property and provide water efficient recommendations to customers. PWP is also seeking services for a Residential Irrigation Retrofit ("RIR") program. This program will only be offered to single family residential customers after the water use efficiency survey is completed, and if the customer is determined to be a good candidate for the retrofit program. This program is funding contingent, and may not be offered annually. To complete the work outlined for the RIR program, the vendor or sub-contractors performing the work must have the following requirements: Hold and maintain a valid contractor’s C-27 Landscape Contractor License issued by the California State Licensing Board ("CSLB") in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
