The Government requires advanced software engineering, systems integration, and R&D services to develop, mature, and transition Command and Control (C2) software prototypes into operational Naval and Joint Programs of Record (PoR). This is a severable, follow-on effort to elevate the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of newly & previously developed applications.
