Code Enforcement Services

The City of Santa Monica is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Code Enforcement Services to support the City's Code Enforcement Division in enforcing the Santa Monica Municipal Code. The City of Santa Monica has a need to contract with a qualified firm to provide Code Enforcement Officers with experience for on-call code enforcement services to augment the Division's staff during periods of high workloads, subject to funding availability and proper delegation of authority by the City. The City is seeking assistance to ensure compliance with the Santa Monica Municipal Code as it relates to the following: Building and Safety, Property Maintenance, Nuisances, Regulatory, and Zoning.
